Full access to Permit Test Easy is a one-time purchase. You can have it refunded in full within 14 days, and our guarantee may refund you later. These rules are part of our Terms of use.

Within 14 days

If you change your mind, you can have a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of the day you buy. No reason is needed.

To ask for the refund, write to us at contact@permittesteasy.com with the email you bought with.

Our guarantee comes on top of this: it still applies after these 14 days.

While payments are off, nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund yet.

Our guarantee

If we said you were ready and you fail the California knowledge test, we refund the full price. Write to contact@permittesteasy.com within 30 days of the test, with a photo of your DMV result. One refund per person.

"Ready" is the verdict shown on your Progress page once you have taken the mock exams it needs. Ready means your last two mock exams passed with room to spare and no topic is weak.
