Who holds your data

VODEV LLC (ТОВ «ВОДЕВ»), a limited liability company under Ukrainian law, 20 Esplanadna Street, Kyiv 01001, Ukraine (EDRPOU company code 46291583, registered on 24 August 2026) runs Permit Test Easy and is responsible for your data (the data controller). "We" on this page means VODEV LLC.

What we keep

An anonymous visitor id, set in a cookie the first time you use the site. It lets you come back to your progress on the same device.

Your answers to the first questions we ask (for example who is learning to drive or your exam date), your practice answers and test attempts, the questions you saved, and your lesson progress.

Your email address, only if you give it to us (to save your progress, sign in or receive reminders), with the sign-in codes we send you.

The mistakes you report on a question, with the text you wrote.

Your interest in paid access: the plan, the price you saw and your email, while payments are off.

Usage events (for example a page opened, a test started or finished, a question answered), attached to your anonymous visitor id.

Why

To run the site: show your progress, build your readiness estimate, sign you in, send the reminders you asked for, and fix errors in our content. And to learn which parts of the site help learners, so we can improve them.

Cookies and analytics

We use one first-party cookie, the anonymous visitor id, which the site needs to work. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, and we do not sell your data.

If analytics is switched on, our usage events are also sent from our server to PostHog, our analytics service. Only the event name, the anonymous visitor id and the small details of the event (for example whether an answer was right) are sent. Your email address is never sent, and PostHog does not set cookies in your browser or read your IP address or browser details.

Who handles it

Our hosting and database providers, our email sender for sign-in codes and reminders, and PostHog for analytics when it is on. They process data for us and for no one else. We do not share your data for advertising.

How long

We keep your data while you use the site, and delete it when you ask. Data that no longer has a use is removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and to stop reminder emails (every reminder has an unsubscribe link). Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site is made for people preparing for an exam, and is not directed at children under 13. If you think a child gave us their data, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If what we keep changes, we update this page and its date.
