Right-of-way: who goes first

First to arrive goes first; at the same time, yield to the right. At a T, the through road goes first. Turning left, yield to close oncoming traffic and pedestrians. Entering traffic, yield to traffic already there. In a roundabout, yield to traffic inside and go counter-clockwise. Pedestrians have the right-of-way in every crosswalk, marked or not; blind pedestrians always. On a narrow mountain road, the downhill car backs up.
